Fair Use Policy

  1. General usage principles
    1. EuroHost.com provides hosting plans with plan-based resource limits designed for hosting active websites and related services.
    2. Hosting services are intended for legitimate website content only. Use of the platform for file storage, archiving, backup repositories, or unrelated data hosting is not permitted.
    3. All hosted content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Content that violates copyright, privacy, or applicable EU or national laws is strictly prohibited.
  2. Disk space and bandwidth
    1. Disk space is allocated according to the limits of the selected hosting plan.
    2. Bandwidth usage is not metered or billed; however, excessive or abusive traffic patterns that negatively affect platform stability may be subject to mitigation or temporary limitation.
  3. System resource usage
    1. Use of system resources, including CPU, memory, disk I/O, and concurrent processes, must remain within reasonable operational limits defined by the selected plan.
    2. Continuous, automated, or abusive usage patterns that negatively impact service performance or other customers may result in temporary limitations, service adjustments, or suspension.
  4. Email usage
    1. Email services are provided for standard website and business communication purposes.
    2. Mailboxes are intended for use by the account holder and related users only and may not be resold or shared with unrelated third parties.
    3. The number of mailboxes is limited according to the selected hosting plan.
    4. Inactive mailboxes that have not been accessed for more than 180 days may be removed.
    5. Each mailbox has a maximum storage limit of 10 GB.
    6. When mailbox storage limits are reached, incoming mail may be rejected until space is freed.
    7. Bulk mailing, mailing list operation, or newsletter distribution is not permitted without the use of an external SMTP or mailing service.
  5. File hosting and backups
    1. Hosting accounts may not be used as cloud storage, backup repositories, or file exchange platforms.
    2. All uploaded content must be directly related to an active website and accessible via the associated domain, excluding system and configuration files.
    3. Temporary backups created by users must be downloaded and removed promptly to avoid unnecessary storage consumption.
  6. Downloads and media distribution
    1. Large-scale or unrelated HTTP or FTP file distribution is not permitted.
    2. Streaming or external content delivery services are recommended for multimedia content and high-volume downloads.
    3. EuroHost.com reserves the right to restrict access to content that is deemed excessive or unrelated to normal website operation.
  7. Enforcement and data processing
    1. Violation of this Fair Use Policy may result in service limitation, suspension, or termination in accordance with the Terms of Service.
    2. Data handling and retention are performed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.
    3. Usage data may be processed for security, billing, and abuse prevention purposes.
