General Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or that you are acting with the explicit permission and payment details of a person or organization that agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of the Services must comply with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Fair Use Policy.

  1. Definitions
    1. Agreement means this contract incorporating the present Terms of Service.
    2. Provider means EuroHost.com, operated by IK Netsol, registered in Latvia, European Union.
    3. Client or You means the natural or legal person purchasing Services from the Provider.
    4. Services means hosting, domain registration, and related digital services provided electronically.
    5. Digital Content means data supplied in digital form as defined in Directive (EU) 2019/770.
  2. Contract formation and term
    1. By placing an order, You confirm that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under EU law.
    2. The Agreement enters into force upon written confirmation of the order by the Provider.
    3. Services are provided on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Right of withdrawal
    1. Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days after its conclusion, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
    2. The right of withdrawal does not apply once digital services have been activated with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights.
    3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear written statement must be sent to [email protected] before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  4. Provision of digital services
    1. Services are delivered electronically and deemed provided once activated or configured on the Provider’s systems.
    2. Domain registration or transfer is completed when reflected in the relevant WHOIS database.
    3. Confirmation of service activation or delivery is provided electronically.
  5. Payments and invoicing
    1. All Services must be paid in advance according to the selected billing cycle.
    2. Prices include VAT where applicable in accordance with Council Directive 2006/112/EC.
    3. Invoices are issued electronically.
    4. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.
  6. Refunds
    1. Refunds may be issued for prepaid but unused service periods if cancellation is performed in accordance with these Terms.
    2. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable due to their irreversible nature.
    3. Approved refund requests are processed within 14 business days.
  7. Resource limits and fair use
    1. Hosting Services are provided with plan-based resource limits as described in the selected hosting plan.
    2. Disk space, system resources, email usage, and other service components are subject to the Fair Use Policy.
    3. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively affects platform stability may result in temporary limitation, service adjustment, or suspension.
  8. Acceptable use
    1. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable EU or national laws.
    2. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or remove content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
    3. In cases of serious or repeated breach, Services may be terminated without prior notice.
  9. Service availability and maintenance
    1. Reasonable efforts are made to ensure service availability; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
    2. Planned maintenance notices will be published when reasonably possible.
  10. Liability
    1. The Provider is liable for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
    2. For minor negligence, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the preceding 12 months.
    3. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  11. Data protection
    1. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
    2. Clients have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their personal data.
    3. Personal data is used solely for contract performance, billing, legal compliance, and abuse prevention.
  12. Termination
    1. Either party may terminate the Agreement in accordance with these Terms.
    2. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
  13. Consumer rights
    1. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
    2. In case of conflict, mandatory consumer protection provisions prevail.
  14. Governing law and jurisdiction
    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Latvia.
    2. Consumers may bring claims before courts of their EU country of residence in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
  15. Amendments
    1. The Provider may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons with at least 14 days’ prior notice.
    2. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  16. Miscellaneous
    1. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
    2. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
